To see the glow in dark effect at its best you’ll need to cleverly charge your bedding. It will need to be exposed to bright light for at least 30 minutes before bedtime. The glorious glow effect will become more obvious as your eyes adjust to the dark and should last for at least 30 minutes after you switch the lights off.
