Returns & Refunds

Goods can be returned within 14 days of when the product(s) are delivered.  If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via phone or email and we will advise you on the returns process.

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 30 days of receiving. If your goods are faulty or damaged and in the rare event that there is a manufacturing fault with your item please send us a message. A picture will need to be provided showing the fault. It is important to contact our team before attempting to fix the problem yourself as we cannot accept returns if any alterations have been made.

It is buyers responsibility to ensure the item is unused and in the original condition and packaging. If you would like to return your item for any other reason we will of course accept the return if informed within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for returns postage, and so it is advisable to use a traceable service, but not special delivery. Please ensure you receive a proof of postage receipt in case the parcel gets lost in transit.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. You will receive the refund back to the original method of payment.

If an order is returned outside of our policy (e.g. goods are returned outside of our timeframe or used, in an unsaleable condition), we may return the item to you at your cost or accept the return but make a deduction for loss in value and charges for processing.


As all products are made to order we will not be able to accept returns. Check the products as soon as possible after you receive them. If there is a major fault and the product(s) are defective then please contact us as soon as possible. A picture will need to be provided showing the fault.
