Here at Norwood Textiles, we take it upon ourselves to ensure that all of the goods and services that we provide of are the highest standard. For one reason or another, however, there may be times when you are not satisfied with your purchase. Should this be the case you should endeavour to return the unused item to us, preferably with the original packaging, within thirty (30) days of receiving the product.
In the event of a product return, the process will generally look something like this:
We (Norwood Textiles) will authorise the return so that it can be accepted by our warehouse. Please consider that if you ship the item back to us without authorisation, our warehouse may not be able to accept the return.
The product must be returned by the buyer safely in a saleable condition. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the product is delivered safely. Please note that all effort must be made to ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, if the original packaging is not available for any reasons then please contact us before sending the items back. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. If you need our assistance for return of goods, then please contact us.
Having received the item, our customer care team will then proceed to conduct either refunds or replacements, considered on a case by case basis. Sadly, this process might take a few days after the return is accepted, but note that we will try our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If we issue a replacement, Norwood Textiles will deliver the new product at no extra cost. In the event of a refund, the full amount will be refunded by Norwood Textiles to the customer.
NOTE: When returning items you should keep a record of proof of postage, as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit during their journey to our warehouse.
Exceptions to the Returns Policy:
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for products such as pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, towels and bath mats if they have been opened and used. However, if the products are found to be faulty, exceptions can be made. We are also unable to accept any products which have been assembled.
